Once you have placed your order you may view your order status by logging into your account
and clicking the ‘Track Your Order’ link.
To cancel or modify an order, please email us at info@jupiterrow within 4 hours of placing the order. Once the order is placed we cannot guarantee we will be able to modify or cancel the order, but we will do our best.
We accept the following forms of payment on this website: Visa, Master Card, Discover,
American Express and Jupiter Row Gift Cards. Gift Cards are available for purchase here in any
USD amount. Gift cards are only valid for purchasing merchandise at www.Jupiterrow.com and
in our physical shop location.
PLEASE NOTE: charges will show up on your credit card statement as Jupiter Row in Your Account
Shipping policy
Please browse our shipping policies below.
Most orders will ship out within three business days of ordering. We do not ship or process
orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Your order will be shipped via UPS shipping within
the contiguous 48 US states. We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico via USPS.
You will receive an email informing you that the order has shipped, along with tracking
information.

Central Standard Time Zone: 5-7 Business Days

We charge our customers the current rates that are charged by UPS or USPS. To find the
current rates go to www.ups.com or www.usps.com. We do not add handling or processing
fees to the shipping charge.
Yes, we will ship your order internationally via USPS. If you have future questions about
international shipping, please contact info@jupiterrow.com.
Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and other fees assessed by their country’s government. Duties on goods can vary widely depending on the product and the country it was manufactured in. Other charges and duties may also apply, depending on the item.
Returns and exchanges

Returns must be made within Two Weeks from the date of delivery. All items must be in original
packaging & condition. Items must not be worn or effected.
Recipients are responsible for all return shipping costs. We are unable to pay for return
shipping charges at this time. You may want to insure your return; Jupiter Row is not
responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit back
to your card will be issued once we receive the returned and undamaged/ worn or effected
items.
Please note that all sales are final on Bath & Body, personal care and cosmetics. We do not
except returns for these items.
For damaged items you may have received upon delivery please send pictures and an email to
us at info@jupiterrow.com so that we can asses and provide you with customer service options.
We will do our best to provide fair and complete customer service. Please understand we are a
small shop with a small staff and simply cannot compete with Amazon-like practices. But we
are always here to help!
