Once you have placed your order you may view your order status by logging into your account and clicking the ‘Track Your Order’ link.
Once the order has been fulfilled and shipped it can't be cancelled or modified. If you need to cancel an order before it is fulfilled please reach out to our brick and mortar store at 541.708.6175
We accept the following forms of payment on this website: Visa, Master Card, Discover,
American Express and Jupiter Row Gift Cards. Gift Cards are available for purchase here in any
USD amount. Gift cards are only valid for purchasing merchandise at www.Jupiterrow.com and
in our physical shop location.
PLEASE NOTE: charges will show up on your credit card statement as Jupiter Row in Your Account
Shipping policy
Please browse our shipping policies below.
Most orders will ship out within three business days of ordering. We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
You will receive an email informing you that the order has shipped, along with tracking
information.
Here are estimates for how long it will take your package to get to your doorstep after it ships:
Eastern Standard Time Zone: 7-8 Business Days
Central Standard Time Zone: 5-7 Business Days
Mountain Standard Time Zone: 4-6 Business Days
Pacific Standard Time Zone: 2-4 Business Days
We offer free shipping on orders over $75. For smaller orders we charge our customers the current rates that are charged by FedEx, UPS or USPS. We do not add handling or processing
fees to the shipping charge.
Returns and exchanges
Online Orders
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied with an item purchased online, you may return it for a refund to the original form of payment under the following conditions:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Recipients are responsible for all return shipping costs. Jupiter Row is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
- Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5
business days. - Please note that all sales are final on perfumes, skin care, food products and sale items. We do not accept any returns for these items.
In-Store Purchases
All items purchased in store are not eligible for cash or original payment refunds.
- In-store purchases may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Store credit and Gift Cards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- All sales are final on perfumes, skin care, food products and sale items. We do not accept any returns for these items.
For damaged items you may have received upon delivery please send pictures and an email to
us at info@jupiterrow.com so that we can asses and provide you with customer service options.
We will do our best to provide fair and complete customer service. Please understand we are a
small shop with a small staff and simply cannot compete with Amazon-like practices. But we
are always here to help!
